Ingredients
Eggs, bacon, cheese, peppers, onion, salt and pepper and fresh parsley.
Directions
Mix all together, heat pan till warm, add drizzle of olive oil and fry till bottom is done, flip over and add extra cheese or bacon as you like on top.(not in calculations)

Serve and enjoy.
