Peach Chardonnay Sauce

Ingredients
1 peach, washed and diced (not peeled)Juice of 1 small lemon1/4 cup Chardonnay2 tbsp sugar1/4 tsp cinnamon1 tsp cornstarch (optional)
Directions
Put peach, lemon juice, chardonnay, sugar, and cinnamon in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for ~10 minutes, stirring often to prevent sticking or burning. If the sauce is not as thick as you'd like, mix 1 tsp of cornstarch with ~1/2 tbsp water. Add to sauce and mix well. Let sit for a few minutes to cool and thicken. Enjoy!
