Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
1/2 C italian style bread crumbs1/2 C grated romano cheese2 cloves garlic peeled & minced2 T fresh chopped parsley1 T chopped fresh mint leavessalt & pepper1/3 C extra virgin olive oil28 large white mushrooms, stemmedstir bread crumbs, cheese, garlic, parsley, mint, salt, pepper and olive oil in bowl to blend. drizzle baking sheet with 1 T olive oil to coat. spoon filling into mushroom caps and arrange on baking sheet. drizzle remaining olive oil over filling in each mushroom. bake until mushrooms are tender, about 25 mins at 450. serve.
