The Best Mock Hollandaise

Ingredients
1/3 cup reduced fat buttermilk1/3 cup Olive Oil Mayo (or canola oil mayo)1/2 tsp fresh grated lemon rind (about 1 small lemon)1 tbsp lemon juice1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard1/4 tsp ground black pepper1 1/2 tsp unsalted butter
Directions
Combine the first 6 ingredients (through pepper) in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring well with a whisk. Add butter, whisking until it melts. Keep warm.
