Grandpa's Hot Sauce

Ingredients
Hot Banana Pepper Rings (from a jar), 2 cups Stewed Tomatoes, 1 canTomato Paste, 1 of the small cansCayenne Pepper, 2 tbsps Tabasco Sauce, 1 tbsp Sugar, 1 Tbsp
Directions
Dump everything into a blender and process until smooth.
Pour into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and let it go for about 5 minutes. Cool to room temp.

    I used jalepenos (fresh from the garden this morning), instead of the banana peppers-turned out well, but note that you should blanch the peppers so that the skins are softer-I had little bits when done instead of a smooth sauce I was hoping for. - 4/25/09
