Spicy Chicken Noodle Soup

3 tbsp Olive Oil4 cups dried Egg Noodles6 cans Chicken Broth (10.75 oz) 1 lb Chicken Breast baked and cut into 1" cubes6 large Carrots chopped2 medium Onions Chopped1 medium Celery stalk Chopped1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary2 whole Bay Leaves1 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes (more if you like it extra spicy)1 1/2 cup WaterSalt and Pepper to taste
In a large pot warm the olive oil on medium high. Add the veggies and cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Now fill the pot with the chicken broth and water. Bring this to a boil and add in the egg noodles and chicken. When egg noodles soften add in the spices and let simmer on med low stirring occasionally for 20 minutes. This soup is ready to be eaten and tastes even better the next day!
