V8 Beef Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1 can (46 oz.) V8 juice1package onion soup mix1 package (3 oz.) beef ramen noodles1 package (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
Directions
Cook & drain beef. Add all other ingredients except the noodles from the ramen. Bring to a boil; reduce heat & simmer, uncovered, for 6 min. or until vegetables are tender. Return to a boil; stir in noodles and cook for 3 min. or until noodles are tender. Makes 8 servings (1 cup each).
