Rosemary's artichoke balls

Ingredients
4 cans green beans french cut style (drained, reserve liquid) Chopped.1/2 cup oilve oil - extra virgin2 cups italian bread crumbssalt and pepper to tastegranulated garlic powder2 cups approx grated parmasean cheese
Directions
This recipe is more about personal taste than anything. Throw everything except reserved liquid into a big mixing bowl and mix with a fork (very important to get everything mixed correctly and evenly). For the reserved liquid, add just enough to bring mix together. The consistancy should be a little moist, enough to stick together and form a ball, but not too wet. If too wet add more bread crumbs and/or cheese. Make sure to taste brefore you start rolling them. Put a little of the bread crumbs and cheese on a plate or in a zip lock bag add rolled balls and coat with crumb mix. Serve! You can make these a day or so in advance (the flavor is always better the next day!).
