Easy Ground Chicken Skillet

1 tsp olive oil1/4 cup chopped onion1 clove garlic1 lb ground chicken breast2 tbsp whole wheat flour1 c skim milk1/2 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp ground sage1/4 tsp salt10 oz bag frozen mixed veggies1 can diced tomatoes with basil and oregano
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until browned. Add garlic and ground chicken breast and cook until browned. Sprinkle flour evenly over mixture in pan and stir well. Slowly stir in milk. Add cumin, sage and salt. Add frozen veggies and canned tomatoes and cook for a few minutes more until done.
