Weight Watchers Bread Pudding

Ingredients
Dry bread and cut into large cubes
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. In bowl beat eggs until frothy. Add milk, vanilla,cinnamon, sugar, nutmeg and salt, stir to combine. Add bread cubes stirring until well coated. Let sit for 5 minut. Spray 8 inch square pan with non stick spray. Pour in pudding mixture. Bake 35-40 minutes. May be served chilled or at room temperature.
