Dark Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
1 oz Hershey's Unsweetened Chocolate Baking Bar1 cup Splenda2 tsp Vanilla Extract8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
Directions
1. Melt chocolate in microwave.
2. Combine last 3 ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer.
3. Add the melted chocolate and beat until combined.
4. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
5. Roll by the tablespoon into a ball and place on wax paper. Freeze 2 hours.
