Tropical Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 fresh pineapple1 whole kiwi (keep skin on for extra fiber)1 small banana 2 cups fat free french vanilla yogurt1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice1 cup high fiber cerealIce
Directions
Cut fruit in chunks.
Place first 5 ingredients (diced fruit, yogurt, juice) in blender.
Blend on high.
Add cereal a little at a time until well blended.
Add as much ICE as desired, until smoothie reach your prefer consitancy -- I like it thick like a shake.
