Quinoa and Oatmeal Cereal Heart Healthy

Ingredients
1/2 cup steal-cut oats1/2 cup quinoa (well rinsed)1 apple, cored and coarse chopped (unpeeled)1 tablespoon cinnamon1/3c tablespoons craisins2 cups water (modified to 1c milk / 1c water)1 tablespoon agave nectar
Directions
1Mix all ingredients except for the toppings in a pot and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes.

2Stir and serve with raw honey, banana, and rice milk.
