1 lb. Ground Sirloin (90/10)1 can red kidney beans1 can chili hot beans (or 1 can black beans, ligh or dark red kidney beans, or other bean of your choice)1 can diced tomatoes1 packet chili seasoning3/4 c. water
1. brown ground beef in a dutch oven or 12-inch skillet, drain
2. add chili seasoning packet according to directions (with water)
3. drain and rinse regular beans, add
4. add chili beans
5. add tomatoes
6. simmer on low heat until thickened (10-20 minutes)
makes 5 servings (approx. 1.25 cups each)
