Brown Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Carrots, raw, 2 tbsp, chopped Celery, raw, 2 tbsp, chopped2 cups water and/or broth
Directions
Add the chopped veggies to the pot along with the rice and water. Bring to a boil, then cook 30 minutes covered at low heat. Tasty and nutritious. Makes 7 half-cup servings.
