1/4 cup raw shred (unsweet) coconut1 cup filtered tap water1 full mango, peeled and sliced1 apple, chunked1/4 cup soaked almonds1/2 raw beet, cleand and halved
Directions
Blend all ingredients in BlendTec Blender, add 3/4 cup ice cubes if desired chilled. Drink up!
