Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

1 lb. cubed beef stew meat1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup, 98% fat free1 small onion, diced1 Tbsp Worestershire sauce (eyeball it)1/4 c. beef broth or water4 oz. cream cheese, reduced fat
1. I go through all the meat and make sure it's roughly the same size. Chop the onion.
2. Mix everything except the cream cheese in the crockpot. Turn on Low for 8 hours, High for 5 hours.
3. Stir in cream cheese right before serving.
