Low Carb Ground Turkey/Veg stir-fry

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground turkey1 lg stalk, broccoli seperated & cut into lg pieces1 med carrot cut into slivers1 med bell pepper, hunked1 clove garlic, squashed1 lg onion, cut into 6th2 small stalks celery, cut into pieces3T (or so) light soy sauce1T canola oil (if needed)1t corn starchseasoningsno-stick cooking spray
Directions
* Stir-fry the turkey meat, leaving in fair size hunks. Remove from wok & drain on paper towels.
* (if needed) add a bit of the oil and stir-fry the veggies...starting with the slowest to cook, adding according to size & time needed to cook....Until they are all cooked to crisp tender (don't overcook).
* Stir in turkey. Add seasonings. Add soy sauce.
* Add corn starch to a little cold water & stir tog. & add to wok, stirring constantly.

    Delicious! I did add a couple things...wasn't sure what "seasonings" to use, but I added 2 table spoons of white wine to the veggies, a tablespoon of stir fry sauce when I added the soy sauce, and a tablespoon of brown sugar to the soy sauce before I added it & I omitted the cornstarch. SO GOOD! - 1/8/13
