Ingredients
1 1/2 c. bread flour1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour3 T. sugar1 t. salt1 package yeast (1 T.)1 c. hottest tap water2 T. oil1 lg. egg
Directions
Combine 1 1/2 c. flour, sugar, salt and yeast in bread machine. Set machine for manual and put it going to mix dry ingredients.Poor oil and water in slowly as it is mixing. mix 2 min. Add egg. Mix 1 min. Add remaining flour and let the machine do all the work. When done, remove dough and place in a glass bowl with oil in the bottom. turn over to coat. Cover and put in refrigerator for 2 hrs. Punch down and either cover and leave in frig for future use or place in bread pan(s) to rise 45 min. and then bake @ 400 degrees f for 20 min.
