Chicken meat loaf

Ingredients
20 oz ground chicken1 large egg1/3 c oatmeal1/4 tsp salt (optional)1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions
combine all ingredients and then let sit in frigde for 20 to 30 min to meld flavours. Use appropriate size loaf pan and Bake at 350 approximately 60 min. check at 45 as a precaution, some ovens or pan sizes differ. I use a smaller pan size. ENJOY
