1 can brooks chili hot beans 30.5oz1 can tomato paste 6oz1 can rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies 10oz16oz ground beef 93% lean1 Tbs olive oil1 large onion chopped3 tsp chili powder (or to taste)6oz of water
sautee onion in olive oil until soft. add beef, brown and crumble. add remaining ingriedients. do not drain. cook for 15 min. on med. heat
