Ingredients
*Italian Sausage, pork, 1 lbBeans, pinto, 1 cup Beans, red kidney, .5 cup Beans, navy, 1 cupOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped *Lemon Juice, 1/4 cupStewed Tomatoes, 2 cupGarlic, 3 cloves
Directions
soak beans overnight. drain. cook beans in 2 quarts water for 2 hours. In seperate pan cook sausage, onions, garlic, green pepper. Add to beans with stewed tomatoes. simmer 30 minutes
