Chickpea curry

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil1 onion, chopped1 red pepper, chopped1 can chickpeas1 can diced tomatoes2 tbsp curry powder
Directions
saute onions and peppers in olive oil. Add canned tomatoes and chickpeas. Stir in curry powder. Heat through. Serve
