Nut 'n' Honey Granola w/ Raisins

4 cups rolled oats1 cup raw slivered almonds1/4 cup wheat germ1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds1/4 cup ground flax seed1 tbs cinnamon1/2 tbs nutmeg1/3 cup canola oil2/3 cup honey1 cup raisins or craisins
preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a large baking dish q/ parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Spread mixture evenly over parchment paper and press down lightly w/ back of spoon. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Allow to cool completely. Break granola cooled granola into chunks. Store in airtight container. Makes approx 14 1/2 cup servings.
