1 1/2 cup raw chick peas/ soak 1 1/2 hr / boil 1 1/2 hr until very soft2 med cloves minced garlic1 1/2 tsp salt - dash of tamari - juice of 2 lemons3/4 cup tahini - 1/2 cup finely minced parsley - black pepper Cayenne - 1/2 minced scallions
Mash peas to a thick paste - combine all and chill
