    La Tortilla Factory, Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla, 1 wrap (50 cal)

    Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)

    Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 tbsp

Directions

Spread 1 tbsp peanut butter on the whole wheat wrap. Peel the banana and roll it into the wrap. Enjoy!

    Made this this afternoon as I was really craving something sweet. Added in 20 grams of toasted hazelnuts too and it was lovely, really helped my sweet tooth but still managed to stay well within my goals. - 10/13/10
