I love these- I usually use pb2 and less banana to cut back on calories, and add cinnamon. I have also sprinkled in original Fiber one,or arrowhead mills kamut puffs,love the texture this gives, and substituted (pear,apple), Banana fav. Great snack, or dessert, and travels well.
