Nutrition & Calorie Comments

We did not have raisins, so I used a little more pear and apple. Added sliced almonds, since we had that. I used low fat vanilla yogurt. It was very good, sweet, and had crunchiness. I will be making this again.
I added banana, left off the pears, used 1/2 of the peanuts and raisins stated and used a product called PB2 and cut the calories way down so it is healthy and fits better into my eating plan..love the different taste!
I made it with fat-free vanilla yogurt. This wa wonderful! I loved the cruch from the peanuts
This looks wonderful! I can eat this for breakfast. I take medication that requires me to eat protein for breakfast. I am tired of eggs and I cannot eat pork. So this looks like something wonderful I can eat for breakfast. I cannot wait to try it.
nine grams of fat(good fats) isn't so bad and you are getting some protein:) I liked it!
Good! I didn't have enough peanuts but less peanuts=less calories. I drained the pineapple(seemed logical but not stated).
NINE grams of fat is a healthy salad?!
