Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I made this for a party, but admit I felt guilty because of the high calorie count. I'll play with it to see if I can change the ingredients to reduce the calories but keep the taste.
gonna try this w/ chex cereal and lowfat wheat crackers broken into small pieces instead of nuts, also maybe add dried cranberries
Seems to have a lot of fat. I like the idea of using Pam Butter flavor spray to knock the fat down a bit !
pleasant tasting snack. It satifies my yen for salty And crunchy food.
1/4 cup sounds like very little compare to the calories
Nice little snack. I added a lot more garlic, but played with some of the ingredients to cut down on the calories.
I didn't care for this. It was bland...I was looking for that sweet & salty combo and didn't get it.
Nice snack recipe, however I need to watch my salt intake.
the raisins contain 248 cal. for 1/2 cup, they are high in natural sugar content. I usually omit them, and I also try to get unsalted ingredients. I know the No name bite size shreddies has less salt. A great addion instead of the pretzel stick is stir fry noodles{dry kind].
I don't think I will make this. Too high in fat and calories
Not sure that I will make this, the calorie count is awfully high for just 1/4 cup serving. Sounds really good , though. I like everything that is included in it.
Use Pam spray instead of butter (a couple of sprays to make the garlic powder stick) and you can increase the serving size to half cup with only 4g of fat and around 250 calories. You may have to reduce the cooking time and watch it in the oven - without all that fat to cook in they crisp quicker.
Way too much calories. Sounds good, maybe I'll try it for the kids snacks to school!
I'm with the others who said the calorie count is way too much for 1/4 cup snack...sounds tasty tho !
sounds good but alittle high in calories, any idea to make this lower cal?
I like this stuff, but at 244 calories per 1/4 cup, it is a rare treat for me
