Unfortunately, this has double my daily sodium need. It sounds so good, though..
Sodium is high
Made a few changes to suit my ingredients. Only had natural peanut butter so I reduced the amount to 1/4 cup (which makes it almost the same number of fat and calories). I also added green onions and red pepper which added some nice colour. Great recipe! My guests raved!
