Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This recipe would be extremely salty as is, so I cut down the soy sauce to 1/4 cup and upped the broth to 1 full cup. Even then, and even with light soy sauce as I was using, it was still plenty salty. So don't salt anything else in your meal because you won't need it ; )
I've been wanting to try some dishes w/ Peanut sauce, but everyone I found had too much salt. Now I can make my own and get to trying them dishes!
Choice of soy sauce can help control sodium. Angostura makes a lower sodium one that tastes great.
