I left this at 2 servings because of the linguini serving size but we actually make 4 servings out of this. If you are not a big eater, you can cut this calorie count in half when deciding if you want to fix this.
Just a dish I make thats easy, quick and figure friendly, packed with lots of fiber and protein but is low in calories and fat!
This is a fast and light dish. Very tasty. You can lower the oil and/or butter content to make it less calories.
I love red clam sauce - the more garlic, the better! I serve this over pasta (fresh is best).
