Introduction

A very easy sauce to make for your favorite pasta! A very easy sauce to make for your favorite pasta!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    6 clove Garlic
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 tbsp Lemon juice
    6 serving Bumble Bee Minced Clams, 1/4cup/56g
    1 cup Parsley

Tips

I used 6 whole small cans of minced clams for this recipe, juice and all! The data is for the sauce only, does not include pasta or parmesan cheese!


Directions

Dice the onion and garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and garlic and saute until soft.
Add clams and lemon juice and simmer over low heat until heated through. Add HALF of the parsley to the skillet. Reserve the rest of the parsley to sprinkle over each bowl when serving.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2 - 1 cup servings
