    1 can reduced fat ready-to-serve (not condensed) new england clam chowder
    1 can (6.5 oz) chopped clams, undrained
    1 T minced fresh parsley
    1/4 t. garlic powder
    1/8 t salt
    dash white pepper
    10-12 oz. uncooked whole wheat spaghetti


In a saucepan, combine the first six ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook and stir for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Serve 1 cup spaghetti with 1/2 cup sauce. Makes about 5 servings.
