Ingredients

6.5oz Can of Chopped Clams(drain, keep juice)
30g of Butter
1.2 tbsp Olive Oil
.125 Tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
1/4 Tsp. (.25) Oregano
.5 Tbsp Basil
1 Crushed Garlic Clove, OR 1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4c Clam Juice
2tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
*I used 1/2tbsp Parm & 2tbs finely shredded italian
.725 tbsp Minced Parsley
Tips
She refrigerates the sauce separate from the pasta and combines them when reheated. She uses jarred garlic if in a hurry!

Directions
In a skillet
-Melt butter
-Add olive oil, pepper, oregano, basil, garlic, clams, and clam juice.
-Simmer for 30 minutes. Add salt to taste.
-Cool pasta, drain well and place in bowl.

-Add the clam sauce and toss with the cheese and parsley.
-Serve immediately.
