Great to have in the freezer, I made them three or more at a time.. Add a salad to them yum!

I thought of this the other day and absolutely love it. You can change up what kind of sauce you put on it, for Mexican, use salsa, for Italian, use tomato sauce, etc. I used the pan with two ovals to cook the eggs. Oh yeah, and I LOVE these tortillas, they are so satisfying and tasty!
