    1 box Linguine or Fettucine
    1 stick butter
    1 pint heavy cream
    1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese
    2 full 2 sided chicken breasts or 4 1/2's
    Dash of ground parsley
    3 garlic cloves, minced


Cook pasta. Sautee chicekn on medium heat until fully cooked. Remove from pan and slice into small pieces. Melt butter. Stir in cream, minced garlic and parmesan. Simmer/thicken for a few minutes. Pour mixture over pasta, add chicken, toss and sprinkle with parsley and serve.

    it was pretty good, just not enough sauce for the amount of fettuccine. Not bad by any stretch either. I used spinach instead of shallots so maybe that made the difference. - 11/17/11

    We make this recipe but instead of shallots we use mushrooms. It's absolutely delicious! - 3/5/09
