    1/3 c. whole wheat flour
    1/8 t. garlic powder
    1/8 t. paprika
4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves

Dissolve bouillon granules in hot water; add bouillon mixture and 2 tablespoons lemon juice to skillet. Bring to boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.

I enjoyed this a lot. My husband loved it. I was out of wheat so had to use white flour, but will try with wheat next time (there will BE a next time). I will make with a little more "sauce" next time as the flavor was so great. Used 1 bullion cube instead of loose granules. (Could reduce the egg.) - 3/17/09

I only simmered for 5 minutes, otherwise that thin chicken would overcook. - 11/10/19
