Onions, raw, 1 medium
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Canned Tomatoes, 1.75 cup
Water, 1.25 cup
Lasagna Noodles
Parsley, 1 tbsp
Basil, 1 tbsp
Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
Fat Free Cottage Cheese, 1 cup
Kraft reduced fat parmesan cheese, .25 cup
Spaghetti Sauce, 1 cup
Spinach, 1 Cup
Crumbled No-Cook Lasagna Noodles, 4 oz
Directions
In a skillet, brown morningstar crumbles with onion and garlic. Drain. Add tomatoes and spaghetti sauce, Stir in parsley, basil, and oregano. Stir in uncooked pasta and bring to boil over 6-7 hours in crockpot.
Combine cheeses, add some of the spices to mixture. Add to crockpot, Reduce heat, cover and let simmer for 20 minutes..
Goes great with a piece of low calorie garlic bread and a side of vegetables!
Makes 4 servings! A perfect family meal!
