Introduction

Low fat and yummy. Makes a wonderful breakfast if you have an orange or blueberries and a cup of plain or low fat yogurt. (add blueberries to plain yogurt or a teaspoon of truvia to help sweeten it.) 2 slices toast made with delightful multi grain sara lee bread. (2 slices only 90 calories) Low fat and yummy. Ingredients

    Pam Cooking Spray
    4 Egg Whites
    1 Tsp 2/% Milk
    1 Tbsp Low Fat Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
    10 Baby Spinach Leaves

    Top With;
    1 Tsp Low Fat Sour Cream



Directions

Spray small skillet with cooking spray. Place on medium heat. Whisk eggs, milk and a pinch of garlic powder until fluffy.. Pour into skillet and gently turn skillet so egg mixture goes up the side about 1/2 inch. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cheese and 10 spinach leaves on one half of the omelet. Use a spatula to fold in half once the egg mixture is almost done. top with 1 teaspoon low fat sour cream if desired.
