1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour 1/2 cups old-fashioned or quick oats1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon cinnamon1/8 teaspoon nutmeg1/8 teaspoon cloves1/2 teaspoon salt3/4 cup butter3 Tablespoons vegetable oil1/3 cup Stevia Extract in the Raw1/4 cup brown sugar2 eggs2 teaspoons vanilla extract3/4 cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Heat oven to 375. Beat butter and oil, Splenda, sugar, and vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients, mixing until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until edges are lightly browned; Cool slightly; remove to wire rack to cool. Makes 4 dozen cookies. Serving size: 1 cookie.
