Carrot Applesauce with Fresh Ginger I

Ingredients
1 small apple, cored and chopped (with peel)1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce5 medium carrots, chopped1 tablespoon fresh gingersplash of orange juice
Directions
Clean and chop carrots, then roast them in 400 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Core and cut up one apple.
Peel fresh ginger.
Blend all of the above with a splash of orange juice in food processor. Enjoy!
