Slow Cooker Pepper Steak, adapted

Ingredients
2 pounds lean round steak, cut into strips8 ounces fresh mushrooms, chopped1 can (14.5 ounces) no-salt added diced tomatoes1/2 cup salsa1 medium onion, chopped2 red peppers, sliced into strips
Directions
Cut up steak and put into crock pot. Quarter each mushroom, chop onion, slice red peppers into strips and cover steak. Pour tomatoes and salsa over ingredients, add tomato past and swirl into tomatoes. Cook on medium for 6 hours. Makes 8 servings of 3-4 ounces of steak per serving.
