Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients
1/4 cup egg beaters1/3 cup non fat milk1/3 cup canola oil2 cups flour8 teas splenda brown sugar3 teas baking powder1 tea salt2 medium bananas
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. grease bottoms only of 12 muffin pan. Mix egg, milk and oil. Stir in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Immediately remove frompan.

Makes approx 1 dozen muffins
