Black Bean Brown Rice Lunch

Directions
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. I like to add celery salt and pepper. Mix in 2 1lb cans of black beans and 1 can of diced tomatoes, all drained and 3 cups of cooked brown rice. Heat through, divide in 5 2-cup servings. Can be frozen, easy grab and go lunch! Good additions: Avocado, Sour Cream, Yogurt, Tabasco sauce.
