Ingredients
1 tablespoon canola oil1 teaspoon cumin seed1 medium onion, chopped fine1 tablespoon tandoori masala2 cloves garlic15 ounces diced tomatoesdash baking soda1 teaspoon Splenda2 c. chicken or vegetable broth1 c. red lenils250 grams cauliflower- roasted
Directions
Heat oil over medium heat and add cumin seeds until shimmering. Add onion and fry until golden. Add tandoori masala powder stir until browned. Add garlic, tomatoes, baking soda, Splenda and broth. Add lenils simmer 30 minutes. Stir in roasted cauliflower. Serve with rice.
