Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
*2 bags of frozen broccoli *3/4 of a tub of chive and onion cream cheese*half a can of cream of broccoli soup. (this is my preference, cream of anything will do though!)*about 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese*one sheet of puff pastry*one egg
Directions
First, the puff pastry needs to defrost, so get that out right away. It should be ready by the time you're finished the rest of the prep.

Next, defrost the broccoli in the microwave. I usually microwave it for about half the time the instructions say for normal use.

Then mix together first four ingredients in a bowl if that's easier for you, or to be even easier I just mix it directly in the casserole dish. Also, I usually add a splash of water to thin out the mix, making it a lot easier to mix.

Last, drape the puff pastry right over the broccoli mix and use the egg to brush some egg wash on top.

Pop it in the oven uncovered for 30 minutes, or until all puffed up and golden brown.
