Ingredients
1 head radicchio, chopped1/2 red onion, chopped1/2 can Beets, shoe string/ julienne4 oz reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled1 Tbsp Dill, dried2 Tbsp Red Wine vinegar (more or less to taste)salt & pepper (to taste)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Toss well.
