Ingredients
* Chicken Thigh, 430 grams (remove) * Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove) * Garlic, 1 tsp (remove) * Oregano, ground, 0.5 tbsp (remove) * *Lemon Juice, 2 wedge yields (remove) * Thyme, fresh, 3 tsp (remove)2 tsp olive oilcorn starch (to thicken the sauce)
Directions
mix everything & bake (covered) at 240 C for 30 min. turn & bake again (uncovered) till it cooks thru. and thicken the sauce with corn starch. makes 2 medium servings
