Egg white quiche

Ingredients
*Egg White - Pure Whites, .5 cup (remove)*Egg white (from a large egg), 1 serving (remove)Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Fiber One Lowfat Cottage Cheese (1%), 1 serving (remove)Organic Valley Raw Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 oz (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)*All Natural Gold Medal Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)*salt, Hain* sea salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)*Extra Light Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Crust: Mix flour, 1/2 of salt, with 1 large egg white 2 Tbsp olive oil with 1 tbsp of cold water. Press thinly in pan and refridgerate.

Filling: dice all veggies; saute garlic, onion, pepper with 1 Tbsp of olive oil (I usually can get away with using 1/2 T). Mix all veggies in bowl, add egg whites, salt, pepper, oregano, grated cheese and cottage cheese.

Bake at 450oF for 12-15 minutes. Done when center comes clean when poked.
